The CASA process
From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, our process is designed to make remodeling feel organized, collaborative, and thoughtfully managed. CASA brings design, material sourcing, procurement, and construction together under one team, giving you a clear path from concept to completion.

Discovery and consultation
Every project begins with a conversation. We learn about your home, your goals, desired investment, and project timeline to determine the right scope for your renovation. From there, we schedule an on-site consultation to evaluate the space, take preliminary measurements, and understand the project firsthand.

Design development
This is where your vision begins to take shape. We develop the space through thoughtful planning, layouts, finish direction, and 3D renderings that allow you to visualize the completed design before construction begins.
For clients who already have a contractor or aren't ready to build, our design services may also be retained independently.

Material curation and specifications
With the design direction established, we curate the materials that bring it to life. Cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, hardware, lighting, and other finishes are selected with consideration for both aesthetics and performance.
Our Riverside showroom allows you to experience materials together in person, comparing finishes, textures, scale, and color before final selections are approved.

Procurement and order management
Once selections are approved, CASA manages purchasing, vendor coordination, lead times, order tracking, receiving, and material readiness.
By managing both the design specifications and the materials going into your project, we can identify potential delays or substitutions early and keep the project moving toward installation.

Pre-construction planning
Before construction begins, we finalize the project scope, specifications, schedule, and site logistics. Required permits are coordinated when applicable, materials are confirmed, and the construction sequence is established before work begins.
This preparation allows our team and trade partners to enter the project with a clear plan from day one.

Construction and project coordination
With one team overseeing the project, you don't have to coordinate multiple trades on your own.
CASA manages the construction sequence and coordinates the appropriate trades, from demolition and framing to plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, and finish work, while maintaining communication throughout the project.

Installation and finishing details
As construction progresses, the design moves from drawings and samples into the finished space. Cabinetry, surfaces, fixtures, hardware, lighting, and finish materials are installed according to the approved design.
We oversee the details that bring the project together while protecting the surrounding areas of your home and maintaining an organized jobsite.

Final walkthrough and project closeout
Once construction is complete, we walk the project with you, review the finished space, and document any remaining items requiring attention.
Our team coordinates the final punch-list items and project closeout so your renovation isn't considered complete until the agreed scope has been addressed.
